Insights for meditating...
Meditation is a great way to start our day and we only need 10 or even 5 minutes if that's all we have. Any time is better than none, right?
If we meditate in the morning we can set ourselves up for the rest of the day as a reminder to live our lives more mindfully. Otherwise, any time will do!
Before you start your meditation, it's a good idea to purposely give yourself permission to put everything aside for the time you've allocated. It will all be there waiting for you so keep your meditation time separate.
