RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

All original artworks are unique. This means the artwork is 'one of a kind' as purchased, having been created and painted in its original medium as stated for each painting. For this reason, all sales of original artwork are final and dispatched following clearance of payment. No refunds or exchanges are accepted.

Should any issues arise in the delivery process, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) and we will work with you to rectify the situation.

COMMISSIONS

​

All commissioned works require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Two changes are permitted in the early stages of constructing the painting following consultation with the artist. Once the composition of the painting is at the final stage there are no further changes accepted. The finished painting is despatched following full payment being cleared.

A contract is prepared and signed (or agreed by email) by both the artist and the collector prior to commencement of the art piece.

The collector will be required to provide clear instructions including size, type (eg. canvas or paper), medium preferred, composition, colours and any other relevant information before commencement.

The collector may need to provide photographs to the artist if required.

The commission is otherwise known as a personalised painting. It is developed through a combination of the requests of the collector and the artistic style of the artist. The finished piece should reflect collaboration of both parties.

All requirements are clearly stated and agreed upon prior to commencement of the commissioned artwork.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any information provided to us is kept private and confidential. It is not transferred, sold or shared with any other person, organisation, company or third party.  

The primary purpose of collecting information is to:

​

~ keep track of sales through inventory/catalogue

~ provide ongoing information of new items being released

~ communication in the form of a blog nor newsletter

~ email or contact by phone to collectors for any other reason as required

~ inform collectors of future opportunities of items available
